In the quality standard of petroleum sulfonate, the content of disorderly chemical substances is one of the key index values for the inspection of sulfonate, and becomes the key factor for the production of sulfonate. How to reasonably separate the disordered chemical substances from crude petroleum calcium sulfonate, and how to completely separate the acid residue of micro particles from acid-base oil, has become an obstacle to improve the quality of petroleum sulfonate series products. The application of high-speed suction filtration technology has solved this problem in essence. Gravity separation technology gravity separation is the application of the relative density of each component in the combined solution is not the same, the heavy phase moves down to the bottom of the vessel, while the light phase floats on the surface, and the middle of the light and heavy phase is converted into a certain page. Due to various factors such as environmental protection, the chemical plants that used to produce sulfonates, the additive plant of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company and the Jinta enterprise of Karamay were shut down in turn. High tech enterprises increase the production of petroleum sulfonic acid. Due to the sulfur content of waste gas processing technology, acid residue non harm treatment processing technology, spray film sulfonation reaction and other excellent technologies with independent patent rights, it has become the only flat production and manufacturing enterprise of petroleum sulfonate in China. Its petroleum sulfonate product series mainly include: low base value calcium petroleum sulfonate (T101), medium base value calcium petroleum sulfonate (T102), high base value calcium petroleum sulfonate (T103) Barium petroleum sulfonate (T701), magnesium petroleum sulfonate (t705), low molecular weight sodium petroleum sulfonate, high molecular weight sodium petroleum sulfonate, petroleum sulfonic acid and water-soluble emulsified oil, etc.
